मैं लहराता उन साँसो से 

जो सरहद पर भीड़ जाती है

मेरा अस्तित्व बचाने 

खुद को जो क़ुर्बान कर जाती है 

मेरे ख़ातिर ये अपनो को 

घन घोर सी पीड़ा दे जाती है 


मैं लहराता उन साँसो से 

जो सरहद पर भीड़ जाती है

एक नए भारत के लिए 

अपनो से भी जुदा हुए वो 

अपने घर को अनाथ करके 

मेरा आँगन सज़ा गये वो

 

मैं लहराता उन साँसो से 

जो सरहद पर भीड़ जाती है

सौ सालो तक क़ैदी थी में 

आज़ादी मुझको दिला गये वो 

मेरा स्वाभिमान बचाने 

खुद की जाने मिटा गये वो
