Is Indian media playing its role impartially ? | Why Indian media is called Godi media?

Muslim population is threat for india

The growing crisis of credibility of Indian media

Hindustan, the use of a particular religion in the name itself, but this country presents itself as a secular country based on a vast democratic democracy. If it is understood carefully, it is also a fact that in this country, there has never been a planetary war based on religion.

Today, the world knows Hindustan by the name of India. Since its independence, this country has seen many democratic elections and in almost all elections, political parties forget India and talk about Hindustan. A common citizen sometimes wonders what is the problem with the name Bharat/India because of which the majority population does not like this name. Then there is a fragrance in the brain and remember "religion".

I have shown a lot of interest in the last two Lok Sabha elections. The biggest issues in both these elections were development, patriotism, and defense of religion. Dramatically, the Man who was going to become the Prime Minister, instead of contesting his election from his home state, the candidate fought from a religious city "Varanasi" to show the majority population that I am one of you.

Religion was meant to connect people in a bond, but in today's era, it has started to prove itself better than others. Politicians whose politics move around religion are present almost in every country, their job is to win elections and they are doing their work very effectively, but is the media of the country also helping them in their unethical politics. The reason for raising this question is the media reporting nowadays.

Nowadays the Indian media only talks about patriotism. According to the media, patriotism means advocating a particular religion. The Indian media reporting on the Palghar, Covid Crisis, Gyanvapi...& so on... are shreds of evidence of question mark on the credibility of television as well as print media. The sad thing is that the channels that report this way have the highest TRP.

The linking of Gandhi's assassination to patriotism should be the darkest time of the era. But some Indian media also shows the person who killed Gandhi, the great patriotic man. Such a media report is also gaining the highest TRP but they should also rank top in the list of immorality.

Now the helplessness of the nation is that if citizens want to watch television with eyes and ears open, then they have to see politicized religious unethical reporting drama. The media is on the mission of converting a citizen into a " Voter ".

In a democratic country, there should be no place for politics of religion but the religion of politics should be there.
