Personality refers to combination of different qualities of person's character that makes him/her different from others. 
An attractive , strong and interesting personality is generally considered as good personality.

1. Smile

Smile on your face does not only contribute in enhancing your facial beauty but also makes people around you comfortable with you . Your smile should be look natural and should produce positive impact on other person. 

2. Work on Communication Skills

Your communication skills can make your personality reach an extraordinary level, your communication should be bunch of humour, understanding ,clear talking and listening. You should listen a person with your complete attention and should have eye contact with him while presenting your thoughts as well as while listening. 

3.Your Body Language Should be Confident

You physical behaviour can be game changer for your personality, good sitting position, correct standing posture eye contact are  a key for good physical behaviour. 
•Your sitting position should be comfortable as well as shouldn't be too loose. 
•Crossing your legs(especially for men) is not consider good because it makes you look Underconfident. 
•Any locked posture while sitting or standing makes you look uncomfortable. 
•Your hands shouldn't be inside your pocket while communicating. 

4.Apperance Matters

I decent look with proper hygiene can further enhance your personality ,a well groomed, hygienic and properly dressed person creates good impact over the other people it also enhances self confidence. 

5.Positve Mindset

Your approach towards your goal and life should be positive because it reflects in your body language and in your communication. Negative approach can make your personality  unattractive and unpreferable.

    Today good personality is the thing that everyone wants to have. It does not matter from which background you are coming from, if you have good personality you can do better in your field compared to having good skills 'only'.
